Lunch & Learn DPA Member Roundtable: Belonging

Belonging is a critical focus area in diversity, equity and inclusion work because it moves the conversation beyond representation to everyday experience.

For diversity practitioners, it offers a powerful discussion topic: how do we create environments where people not only are included, but also feel valued, heard and able to contribute fully without having to downplay aspects of who they are?

At this roundtable on belonging we will explore what drives a genuine sense of connection, how belonging is measured, and what practical actions leaders, teams and organisations can take to embed it into culture.

Join our lunch & learn roundtable discussion to explore belonging in practice and share initiatives that create lasting impact.
