Lunch & Learn DPA Member Roundtable: Psychosocial Safety

As we continue to evolve our workplace policies to foster more inclusive and respectful environments, it is essential that we also address psychosocial safety as a key priority for our organisations.

Legislative changes affecting Queensland businesses underscore the responsibility of employers to safeguard the mental health and wellbeing of their teams. These new regulations emphasise not only the need to address risks when they arise, but also the importance of preventing harm proactively before it occurs.

Diversity practitioners play a critical role in advocating for practices and policies that genuinely meet the needs of diverse team members. Their leadership ensures that psychological wellbeing is prioritised not only through compliance but through ongoing dialogue and development of inclusive strategies.

Join our lunch & learn roundtable discussion on how these changes are being addressed and share practical initiatives that are far reaching.
